Sessions Include: 
  •  Identifying when you eat, what you eat, why you eat. Looking at negative thoughts for the above. 
  • Introducing  techniques to help with cravings. Introducing a new eating pattern. 
  •  Hypnosis for confidence and getting back in control.
  •  Building self image and re-framing how you think of yourself. Hypnosis for positive change and control.
  • Other techniques will be used as and when needed.
  •  Review sessions are booked 3-4 weeks apart, but telephone support is available to you. (free of charge)
